STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

• 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
• 1 pkg strawberry Jello
• 2 cups pureed strawberries
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 can milk or 1 pint half & half
• 1-1/2 cup sugar (if using fresh strawberries, or 2 cups okay)
• 1 8-oz. tub of Cool Whip
• 1/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix well, pour into ice cream cylinder. Finish filling with milk.
   
   Variation: Use peach Jello and pureed peaches for Peach Ice Cream. May add 3 mashed bananas for strawberry/banana Ice Cream.
