How long will it take for my order to ship?
Items that are in stock generally ship within 48 hours.
Any item orderd that is not in stock may take up to 10 weeks.
When purchasing please note that even though an item may be available for purchase through the site, it may not be "In Stock". To avoid any delays please check before ordering.
Belts not in stock generally take 7-14 days.
Garments ordered that are not in stock require 8-10 weeks.
NOTE: These are estimates, not guarantees. If you need something for a specific event please contact me first before ordering.
What's the cost of shipping?
At this time Jenkins & Company offers a flat 5.00 shipping option within the United States. All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.).
For international orders, the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the order. Shipping cost may vary between $20.00 and $65.00.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Jenkins & Company offers returns on new, unworn or unused items.
All items must be returned within 7 bussiness days from the date of delivery. Items recieved worn or used will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. Buyers are responisble for ALL return shipping costs.
There are NO returns or refunds on items purchased from the "Used" section.
Exchanges are offered, but there may be a waiting period if the items being exchanged are not currently in stock. All items being exchanged must be in new, unused or unworn conditon. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Is my shipment insured?
Jenkins & Company ships all packages through the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.). All packages shipped priority come with $50.00 worth of insurance, while anything sent ground or first class are uninsured. If you would like your package to be insured beyond the standard $50.00, or add to a ground or first class package, please contact me prior to placing your order. Buyer is responsible for all insurance costs.
My package arrived damaged. or It is currently missing. What should I do?
If a package arrives damaged or is missing please contact USPS. There is little that can be done by Jenkins & Company, without the buyer contacting the postal service first.
Do you take on any custom orders?
Jenkins & Company happily accepts custom orders on nearly every item offered on our site. All custom orders require payment in full before the order is started. There will be NO returns or refunds on custom orders. No exceptions. This policy extends to custom modifications made to in stock items. Please allow for up to 10 weeks for custom orders to be completed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently Jenkins & Company accepts all majors forms of credit cards, as well as PayPal. Money orders will be accepted on an order to order basis. Please contact me prior to placing an order to get approval for use of a money order. Personal checks are no longer accepted due to a high bounce rate.
What is an "Add on item"?
"Add on items" are small lightweight items where shipping cost would outweigh the items cost if shipped on their own. These items will be shipped with any other item even other "Add on items". This is done to keep from charging customers the high shipping cost for such low cost items.

Gift cards purchased through Jenkins & Company are non refundable. All purchases made using a gift card fall under the same returns and exchange policy as above. Gift cards do not expire and can be transferred to another person with notice to Jenkins & Company.
